In reality, we really do live and enjoy a life less ordinary.... yet for us its extraordinary that we get to enjoy the daily connection through the beauty of everyday objects, design and repurpose many vintage, antique and gifted items.
In our home, we surround ourselves with objects that remind us of people and places in our lives, each person having left a little piece of themselves that connects us with them... past or present... Within our work, each woven piece has a story, where it was grown, found or gathered . ... The beaches we have walked gathering driftwood, and kelp washed up on our shore that are used in some of our work ... its amazing how the less ordinary things in our lives bring us the greatest joy. ,
